Good Governance

You can govern a nation with rules
You can win a war with surprise tactics
But you can gain the entire world without interfering

How do I know this?
Because of this:

When there are many rules and restrictions
More people become poor

When there are many sharp weapons
More tragedy appears in the country
When there are many clever plans

More cunning things occur
When there are many enforced laws
e
More robbers and thieves appear

Therefore God says:
Be still
a
And the people will transform themselves

Keep silent
And the people will rectify themselves
Do not interfere
And the people will enrich themselves
Surrender Earthly desires f
And the people will simplify themselves
