a Mark 6:8-9 (He ordered them to take nothing for their journey except a
staff; no bread, no bag, no money in their belts; but to wear sandals and not
            to put on two tunics.)

b Luke 6:37 (“Do not judge and you will not be judged; do not condemn and
you will not be condemned. Forgive, and you will be forgiven;)

c Matthew 18:21-22 (Then Peter came and said to him, “Lord, if another
member of the church sins against me, how often should I forgive? As many
as seven times?” Jesus said to him, “Not seven times, but, I tell you,
            seventy-seven times.)
            1 Corinthians 13:4-6

d Mark 1:22 (They were astounded at his teaching, for he taught them as
one having authority, and not as the scribes.)

e 1 Peter 3:18 (For Christ also suffered for sins once for all, the righteous for
the unrighteous, in order to bring you to God. He was put to death in the
flesh, but made alive in the spirit,)

f Matthew 5:17-20 (“Do not think that I have come to abolish the law or the
prophets; I have come not to abolish but to fulfill. For truly I tell you, until
heaven and earth pass away, not one letter, not one stroke of a letter will
pass from the law until all is accomplished. Therefore, whoever breaks one
of the least of these commandments, and teaches others to do the same,
will be called least in the kingdom of heaven; but whoever does them and
teaches them will be called great in the kingdom of heaven. For I tell you,
unless your righteousness exceeds that of the scribes and Pharisees, you
will never enter the kingdom of heaven.)

g Ephesians 2:4-10 (But God, who is rich in mercy, out of the great love with
which he loved us even when we were dead through our trespasses, made
us alive together with Christ - by grace you have been saved - and raised us
up with him and seated us with him in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus,
so that in ages to come he might show the immeasurable riches of his grace
in kindness toward us in Christ Jesus. For by grace you have been saved
through faith, and this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God - not the
result of works, so that no one may boast. For we are what he has made us,
created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand to
            be our way of life.)
